Tracy Lamar McGrady Jr. was born in Bartow, Florida in 1979. Toronto Raptors selected him ninth overall in the 1997 NBA Draft directly from high school. His 16-season career produced 19.6 points per game and seven All-Star appearances. He won two consecutive scoring titles (2003, 2004) with the Orlando Magic — becoming the first player since Michael Jordan to win consecutive scoring titles. He was named All-NBA First Team three times. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2017. His most celebrated single performance came in December 2004 — he scored 13 points in 33 seconds to overcome an 8-point deficit and defeat the San Antonio Spurs — the fastest comeback of that magnitude in NBA history.
