Alex Mark David Oxlade-Chamberlain was born in Portsmouth on 15 August 1993. He joined Arsenal from Southampton in 2011 and showed immense potential with his pace, power and direct running. He made 198 appearances before joining Liverpool in 2017, where he produced some of his best football before a serious knee ligament injury in the 2018 Champions League semi-final sidelined him for over a year. He won the Champions League in 2019 and the Premier League in 2020 with Liverpool. He earned 35 England caps. He later played for Beşiktaş.
