Alfredo di Stéfano is considered by many football historians to be the greatest player of his era. His five consecutive European Cup victories with Real Madrid between 1956 and 1960 remain one of the most extraordinary achievements in club football. He scored in every one of those finals, including a hat-trick in the 1960 final in which Real Madrid beat Eintracht Frankfurt 7-3.
