Cedric Z. Ceballos was born in Maui, Hawaii in 1969 and attended Cal State Fullerton. Phoenix Suns selected him in the second round of the 1990 NBA Draft. His 11-season career produced 13.6 points per game and one All-Star appearance. He won the 1992 Slam Dunk Contest with a blindfolded dunk that redefined theatrical performance in the competition. He averaged 21.7 points per game for the Los Angeles Lakers in 1994-95 — the finest individual season of his career.
