4. What Your Notice Must Include

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on this website of the content you believe is infringing

5. Our Response

We will review all valid notices and respond within 5 business days. Where a notice is valid we will remove or disable access to the content promptly.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  • Your name, address and contact details
  • Identification of the content removed and the URL where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (UK matters) or the federal court for your district (US matters)
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we will restore the content within 10 business days unless the original complainant confirms they have initiated legal proceedings.

7. Repeat Infringement

Famous Sports People operates a policy of removing content that is the subject of repeated valid copyright notices.
