A dynamic right winger blessed with pace, dribbling ability and a powerful left foot, Raphinha developed through Avaií and Vitesse before establishing himself at Rennes in Ligue 1. Leeds United signed him for £17m in 2020 and his two seasons in Yorkshire were outstanding, making him the most exciting player in a team battling for Premier League survival. Barcelona signed him for £55m in 2022 despite strong interest from Chelsea and Arsenal. At the Camp Nou he won the Champions League in 2025 under Hansi Flick and established himself as a world-class performer. For Brazil he earned over 40 caps.
